1. Do you Accept International Cards?

Yes, we do accept international cards. In order to make payments using an international card you can use Payu as the payment Portal.    

2.  Are your products brand new and authentic?

Every product sold on TheNorthStreet’s website is brand new. We have an in-house legit checking system which follows a 6-step Verification process.  All pairs listed on the website are Brand new with Tag’s and are certified authentic.

3. Do you offer Cash On Delivery?

We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our providers,  i.e Razor pay and PayU.

4.  Which shipping carrier do you use?

The products are shipped through  Blue Dart

5.  Will my cards be saved on your database?

We are strictly against maintaining the private database of the customer. Moreover The transaction is processed by our payment service providers Razorpay or PayU via a secure gateway.

6.  Can I cancel My order?

Order once placed cannot be cancelled, however size changes can be made subject to availability.

8.  Do you allow the return or exchange of sneakers?

Refunds - Requests for refunds would only be entertained in case the pair you have received is damaged and unworn. Please write to us to take your case further. Our team would look into the situation and to you an apt solution.

9. What is the usual delivery time for products?

Our products are delivered within 4-6 working days from the date of placing the order.

10. How do I track my order?

Once the product is dispatched you will receive the tracking details in the email provided.

11. When will my order be shipped?

All the orders are shipped within 2-4 days of purchase.

12. Do I need to pay Custom Duty on my order?

No. All products are shipped from our warehouse in India so you don't have to pay custom duty or any additional charges.

13. Is The North Street an anonymous marketplace?

On both sides of every transaction, the trade is anonymous, meaning that only us at Vintage know the participants and  therefore the buyers don’t know who is selling,  and sellers don’t know who is buying, that is all handled through us Safely and securely.

14. How much is the shipping cost for buyers?

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and all customers are responsible for customs fees & taxes depending on your country or region. Vintage is not responsible for any fees or charges you may incur once your order reaches you.
